Ingredients:

  • half cup water

  • 2 cardamoms

  • 4 black pepper

  • 2 cloves

  • freshly crushed ginger

  • 2 tsp tea powder

  • 2 cup milk

  • 2 tbsp sugar

Notes:

You can increase or decrease the quanity of spices based on your taste.You can add few tulsi (holy basil) leaves to increase immunity , though we may not benefit as much as eating the leaves.
